Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily worker management and issue coordination
Assist in manpower deployment and arrangement
Support HR in handling employee-related matters (onboarding, communication, follow-ups)
Follow up and handle injury cases and related processes
Coordinate communication between site and office
Assist with other HR and administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Possess Safety Coordinator / Supervisor Certificate
Relevant experience in construction industry preferred
Familiar with injury case handling procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong communication and coordination skills
Able to handle worker-related matters independently
