Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for purchasing construction site materials and office supplies
- Follow up and process purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with and manage suppliers, handling daily communication and coordination
- Assist with procurement-related documentation, records, and internal processes
- Support other departments with relevant administrative tasks when required
Job Requirements
- Experience in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) procurement is an advantage
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Candidates with HR / Administrative experience will be an added advantage
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to work
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and manage routine or detailed tasks
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
