Human Resources Executive (Construction Industry)
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for recruitment and onboarding/offboarding of construction workers and office staff
Liaise with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Building and Construction Authority (BCA) on Work Pass applications and renewals (WP / S Pass / Employment Pass)
Manage worker-related matters including dormitory arrangements, medical check-ups, insurance, training, and regulatory compliance
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance tracking, basic payroll data, and HR documentation
Support Project Managers in manpower deployment and site workforce coordination
Liaise with licensed employment agencies (if applicable) and ensure all recruitment processes comply with MOM regulations
Job Requirements
Prior HR experience in Singapore’s construction industry (subcontractor or main contractor experience preferred)
Good knowledge of MOM regulations, construction manpower procedures, and Work Pass processes
Able to communicate in English for daily work requirements (spoken and written)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000 (commensurate with experience)
5.5-day work week
