Basic Requirements for Product Listing

To ensure transaction security, product quality, and user protection, all merchants applying to list products on the marketplace must comply with the following requirements:

1. Legal Business Entity

1.Merchants must be legally registered and lawfully operating business entities.

2.Valid company registration documents must be provided (e.g. Business Licence or Singapore ACRA registration).

3.The company’s business scope must be relevant to the products or services listed.

4.The platform reserves the right to verify and periodically review merchant credentials.

2. Brand Authorisation

1.All listed products must have legitimate and legal sources.

2.For branded products, merchants must provide valid brand authorisation or lawful purchase documentation.

3.The sale of counterfeit, infringing, or unidentified-source products is strictly prohibited.

3. Quality Assurance

1.Products must comply with applicable Singapore laws, regulations, and industry standards.

2.Products must not pose safety risks or contain material quality defects.

3.The platform reserves the right to conduct quality inspections and require rectification, delisting, or termination of cooperation if necessary.

4. After-Sales Service

1.Merchants must provide clear and enforceable after-sales service policies, including returns, exchanges, repairs, or technical support.

2.After-sales policies must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.

3.Merchants must actively cooperate in resolving after-sales issues and disputes.

5. Customer Service Responsiveness

1.Merchants must assign dedicated customer service personnel with valid contact channels.

2.Customer service must respond promptly to enquiries, orders, and after-sales issues within a reasonable timeframe.

3.Merchants must cooperate with the platform in handling user complaints and provide timely feedback.
