建筑协调员(Architectural Coordinator|Main Contractor)
工作职责
负责制定并跟进建筑专业施工进度计划,确保与项目整体总进度匹配
统筹协调建筑分包单位的施工进度、质量及现场执行情况,确保施工顺利推进并避免交叉冲突
与顾问、分包商、供应商及相关单位沟通,解决设计深化、施工细节及技术问题
编制、审核并提交材料样板、施工图及施工方案,确保获得顾问及业主批准后方可施工
负责向相关政府部门提交审批文件(BCA、URA、SCDF、NEA、LTA、SFA等),确保符合新加坡法规要求
跟进材料审批及到场情况,监督现场材料存放、使用及施工质量
组织现场检查,协调样板施工、测试及展示,确保符合顾问要求
监督建筑施工过程,确保符合图纸、规范、质量标准及安全(WSH)要求
审核分包进度款申请,配合造价工程师进行工程量、变更及成本核对
协助项目经理完成项目协调、资料整理及竣工文件准备,包括竣工图及O&M手册
提出优化方案,包括材料替代、施工工艺优化等,在保证质量的前提下降低成本及缩短工期
控制材料、人工及设备使用,提高施工效率及成本效益
维护与业主、顾问、政府单位及各相关方的良好合作关系
确保建筑工程符合 BCA CONQUAS / Quality Mark 及公司质量管理体系要求
完成公司安排的其他相关工作
任职要求
建筑学、建筑工程、土木工程或相关专业本科及以上学历
具备3–5年以上新加坡建筑行业建筑协调相关经验
熟悉新加坡建筑规范及报批流程(BCA、URA、SCDF、NEA、LTA等)
熟悉建筑施工图、节点做法及施工流程
熟练使用 AutoCAD、Revit 及 Microsoft Office 等软件
了解 CONQUAS / Quality Mark 及 ISO 质量体系
具备良好的沟通协调能力及现场管理能力,能够与顾问及业主高效对接
具备较强执行力,能独立工作并适应多任务及快节奏项目环境
Architectural Coordinator (Main Contractor)
Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage architectural work schedules in line with the overall project master programme
Coordinate and monitor architectural subcontractors’ progress, quality, and site activities to ensure smooth execution and avoid conflicts
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve design, detailing, and technical issues
Prepare, review, and submit materials, shop drawings, and method statements for consultant and client approval prior to construction
Manage submissions to relevant authorities such as BCA, URA, SCDF, NEA, LTA, and SFA, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements
Ensure timely delivery of approved materials and monitor proper storage, handling, and installation on site
Conduct site inspections and coordinate mock-ups, testing, and trade demonstrations for consultant approval
Supervise architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and Workplace Safety and Health requirements
Verify subcontractors’ claims and assist the Quantity Surveyor in measurement, variation, and cost verification
Support the Project Manager in coordination, documentation, and preparation of handover materials including as-built drawings and O&M manuals
Propose alternative materials, construction details, or methods to improve cost and time efficiency while maintaining design intent and compliance
Monitor the use of materials, labour, and equipment to ensure productivity and cost efficiency
Maintain strong working relationships with consultants, clients, authorities, and all project stakeholders
Ensure all architectural works comply with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark standards as well as company quality management systems
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
Degree in Architecture, Building, Civil or Structural Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination within the Singapore construction industry
Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority submission processes such as BCA, URA, SCDF, NEA, and LTA
Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction detailing, and sequencing of works
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and project coordination tools
Familiar with CONQUAS, Quality Mark standards, and ISO quality systems
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with consultants, clients, and site teams
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
