新加坡｜土建/结构工程师（Main Contractor）
工作职责
负责项目现场土建与结构工程的日常管理与执行，确保工程进度、质量及成本控制达标
协调项目经理、现场团队、顾问及分包商，及时解决施工及技术问题
审核施工图、深化图、施工方案及技术文件，确保符合合同及新加坡规范要求
定期进行现场检查，监督施工质量、安全及进度执行情况
为现场管理人员及分包商提供技术支持，保障施工顺利推进
跟进施工进度、人员安排及材料使用，协助制定施工计划
编制项目报告、技术文件及相关记录，向管理层汇报项目进展
参与项目会议、协调会议及现场会议，提供专业技术意见
完成公司安排的其他相关工作
任职要求
土木工程或相关专业本科及以上学历
具备5年以上新加坡建筑行业经验（主包经验优先）
熟悉本地施工流程、工程规范及政府要求（BCA / MOM 等）
能独立阅读及理解结构图、施工图及技术文件
具备良好的问题解决能力及现场协调能力
沟通能力强，能与顾问、分包及现场团队高效配合
能承受工作压力，适应项目节奏及工期要求
持有新加坡PE（Professional Engineer）资格者优先（非必须）
熟练使用 Microsoft Office，掌握 AutoCAD 优先
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the day-to-day execution of civil and structural works, ensuring project progress, quality, and cost control
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues
Review and verify drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions in compliance with contract and authority requirements
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance
Provide technical support and guidance to site staff and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor construction progress, manpower allocation, and material usage, and assist in planning site activities
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, submissions, and records for management and consultants
Attend project and coordination meetings, providing technical input and progress updates
Perform any other duties assigned by Management
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry, preferably with main contractor experience
Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering practices, and local regulations (BCA, MOM, etc.)
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents independently
Good problem-solving and coordination skills with sound technical judgment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with PEB Singapore is an advantage but not mandatory
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
