工作内容
负责公司承接项目的整体管理与推进
统筹施工进度、质量、安全及现场资源安排
管理现场管工、工人队伍，确保施工顺利进行
协调分包及相关单位的沟通与配合
监督铁工、木工及洋灰工程等主要施工工种的施工质量
落实工地安全管理制度，确保现场施工符合安全规范
及时处理施工过程中出现的问题，并向公司汇报项目进展
任职要求
具备 10年以上建筑行业相关工作经验
精通 铁工、木工及洋灰工程 等主要施工工种
熟悉建筑项目整体施工流程，具备扎实的现场管理能力
高度重视 安全管理，具备良好的安全意识和执行能力
具备良好的沟通协调能力，能独立处理现场事务
责任心强，执行力强，能承受一定工作压力
