工作内容
负责多个建筑项目的现场统筹与管理工作
统筹安排各项目的施工进度、人员及现场资源
管理现场管工、工人及分包单位，确保施工顺利进行
协调不同项目的施工计划、工序衔接及材料进场
监督施工质量、安全管理及现场纪律
及时发现并处理现场问题，确保项目按计划推进
定期向项目负责人汇报各项目现场进展情况
任职要求
具备建筑工地现场管理经验，能够同时管理多个项目
熟悉施工流程，具备良好的现场统筹与协调能力
能够独立处理现场事务，执行力强，责任心强
具备良好的沟通能力，能与工人、分包及管理层有效配合
有新加坡建筑工地相关经验者优先

Job Position
Site Manager (Multiple Projects)
Job Responsibilities
Manage and oversee multiple construction projects concurrently
Plan, coordinate, and control site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within quality standards
Supervise site teams, foremen, and subcontractors across different projects
Coordinate manpower deployment, work sequencing, and material deliveries for multiple sites
Ensure compliance with site safety regulations, quality requirements, and company procedures
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement timely corrective actions
Report regularly to the Project Director or Project Manager on project status
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager handling multiple construction projects
Strong ability to manage manpower, schedules, and site coordination across different locations
Good understanding of construction processes and site operations
Able to work independently with strong responsibility and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills with workers, subcontractors, and management
Prior experience working on construction sites in Singapore is preferred
