工作内容
负责洋房（Landed House）项目的现场管理
统筹与管理结构工程（RC）及装修工程的施工进度
安排并带领工人进行结构及装修相关施工
跟进每日施工计划，确保工程按时、按质完成
协调分包单位、材料进场及现场施工顺序
监督工地安全、施工质量及现场纪律
向项目经理汇报现场情况，及时处理施工问题
任职要求
具备洋房项目结构及装修现场管理经验
熟悉新加坡 Landed House 施工流程
能够独立管理现场，合理安排工人及施工进度
做事认真负责，具备良好的执行力
能与工人、分包及公司保持顺畅沟通
有新加坡相关工地经验者优先
薪资待遇

Job Position
Landed House Structural & Renovation Foreman
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for on-site management of landed house projects
Plan, coordinate, and manage both structural (RC) and renovation works
Lead and supervise workers for structural and renovation-related tasks
Monitor daily work progress to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards
Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and site work sequencing
Supervise site safety, workmanship quality, and site discipline
Report site progress and issues to the Project Manager and resolve site-related matters promptly
job Requirements
Proven experience in managing structural and renovation works for landed house projects
Familiar with landed house construction processes in Singapore
Able to manage site operations independently and plan manpower and work schedules effectively
Responsible, reliable, and execution-focused
Able to communicate effectively with workers, subcontractors, and the management team
Prior working experience on construction sites in Singapore is preferred
