工作职责与要求
工作职责：
• 在建筑工地搭建及拆除金属脚手架结构
• 检查及维护脚手架设备
• 确保符合安全法规及公司操作程序
• 协助装卸脚手架材料
• 与现场主管及安全人员密切合作
任职要求：
• 具备至少1–2年脚手架相关工作经验者优先
• 持有相关安全培训证书（例如：高空作业证 Work-at-Height Certificate）
• 身体健康，能够从事高空作业
• 具备团队合作精神及良好的安全意识

Job Description:
• Erect and dismantle metal scaffolding structures at construction sites
• Inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Assist in loading and unloading scaffolding materials
• Work closely with site supervisors and safety officers
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of scaffolding experience preferred
• Possess relevant safety training certificate (e.g. Work-at-Height Certificate)
• Physically fit and able to work at heights
• Team player with good safety awareness
