Job Description
1. Proficient in reviewing drawings and calculating project quantities and material quantities based on construction specifications.
2. Responsible for collecting and managing project claim data throughout the project period, while providing administrative and contractual support and maintaining all essential project information for claim purposes.
3. Prepare progressive claims and potential variation claims.
4. Prepare RFQ package and source supplier and subcontractors.
5. Prepare agreements draft by using given template.
6. Review subcontractor/supplier's claim and prepare payment response.
Requirements:
1. More than five years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS)
2. Experience in Singaporean construction projects and government-funded public engineering projects.Fluent in both Chinese and English.
3. Fluent in both Chinese and English.
